Chicky Chicki Salad

boiled chicken (small pieces)    1 cup
boiled chickpeas 2 cup
cabbage  1/2 cup
boiled potato chopped     only 1 medium size potato
cucumber  1/2 cup
For dressing
cream, tomato ketchup, mayonnaise  2 TbS (each)
salt, black pepper, sugar and lemon juice to taste

In a  bowl, mix all the ingredients
Then add dressing and mix well
Enjoy the chicki chicki salad

Chicky Porridge

Hi World,

I am back and today I am sharing a very yummy my favorite dish recipe.

Wheat Porridge   1 cup
Rice                     1/2 cup
Chicken               200-250gm
ginger garlic paste 1 Tbs
tomato                    2-3
green chili              3-4
coriander to sprinkle
red chili                 1 tea spoon or more as to taste
salt                         to taste
cumin seed            1/4 tea spoon
oil                          4-5 Tbs
Pour oil in a pan and put cumin seed, ginger garlic paste and stir fry for 2-3 min
Then add chicken and tomato, fry it well
Then add red chili, salt, green chili, porridge and rice
Mix well for 2 min
Add water and cook it till all things blended together
Crush the chicken to mix it well
In the end sprinkle coriander and enjoy the yummy dish

Today is enjoying Basin Pakora

Chicken Pasta

chicken breast cut into pieces
green pepper chopped    1
onion                              1
spaghetti sauce
pasta   2 cups
mozzarella cheese


cook and stir chicken in pan on medium heat for 5 min.
Add pepper, cook 5 min.
 add sauce and pasta
stir in 1 cup cheese, top with 1 cup cheese, cover and stand 2 miin

Sweet Rice

Rice                             1/2 kg
sugar                         few gms less than 1/2 kg
Ghee                           1/4 kg
cinnamon seeds               2-3
almond, slices of coconut      to taste
yellow and green food color    2 pinch

Boil rice.
In a pan add ghee to heat, then put 2-3 cinnamon seeds.
pour sugar and rice, mix them well.
sprinkle yellow and green food color.
also sprinkle almond and coconut.
and keep in low flame for 10 min by putting lid on pan.

Chicken breast sliced  
Oil                      4 – 5 tbsp
Garlic                 4 – 5 cloves
Onion chopped   1 medium
Lemon (juice)           2 whole
Tahini sauce             2 tbsp
Tomato                    1
Celery stick                   
Tomato ketchup       2 tbsp
Tomato paste           2 tbsp
Chili powder            1 tsp
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper     ½ tsp
Worchester sauce           2 tbs
1.   Heat oil in a pan, add 4 – 5 cloves of chopped garlic and sauté till golden brown.
2.  Now add chopped onion, sliced chicken breast and 1 tsp chili powder, fry till chicken is a little tender.
3. Then add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp tomato paste and 2 tbsp Worchester sauce.
4.   Cook for 5 – 6 minutes, then add ¼ bunch chopped parsley, 1 tomato, 1 celery stick, 2 tbsp tahini sauce, lemon juice, salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper powder.
5. Cook for 3 – 4 minutes. Then remove in a platter and serve with boiled rice.

Lahori Chicken Karahi

Chicken                            1kg
Lemon                                2
Green chilies chopped          4
Clarified butter                  1 cup
Green coriander chopped  1 bunch
Tomato chopped                ½ kg
Black pepper crushed       1 tsp
Roasted white cumin         1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste            1 tbsp
Red chili powder              1 tbsp
Karahai masala                 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped                2 tbsp
Salt                                   to taste
First wash chicken and put in hot pan with oil and add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste till water dries.Then add ½ kg chopped tomato and 1 tbsp red chili powder and cook till tomato water dries.Now add 1 tbsp karahai masala, 1 tsp black pepper crushed, 1 tsp roasted white cumin.In the end add 2 tbsp chopped ginger, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped green coriander and 2 lemon juice to mix and serve hot.

Chicken Chappali kabab


Chicken mince        1kg
Corn meal               1 cup
Mint leaves              1 bunch
Onion chopped       1
Eggs                        3
Green chilies           4
Tomato                    4
Cumin seeds           1 tsp
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper  1 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds  2 tbsp
Whole coriander         2 tbsp
Salt                               to taste


Chop 1 kg chicken mince well.Beat 3 eggs well and fry like omelet. Keep aside.Grind together 2 tbsp whole coriander, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp cumin seeds.In a bowl put together chicken mince, 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds, salt to taste, fried eggs, ground mixture of black pepper, 4 chopped tomatoes, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 chopped onion, 1 bunch of chopped mint leaves, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper and 1 cup corn meal. Mix well and keep aside for few minutes.Make Pattie and fry in a frying pan with ghee or oil as required.

Chicken tikka pieces      4-6 pcs
Salt                                to taste
Red chilli                        1/2 tbsp
Green chilli crushed        2-3
Ginger garlic paste         1tbsp
Coriander seed              1 tsp
Onion paste                   1 tbsp
Yogurt                           1/2 cup
Lemon juice                   2 tbsp

Mix all ingredient in yogurt and marinate chicken in it. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours. Then coal burn it on grill of
BBQ tray,  grease it with oil or butter while cooking. Serve hot with salad and Nan.

I love this dish. My grandmother cook this, and I had eaten this dish first time at my grandma's  home. I still remember its taste. I hope you will also like it.
mincedmeat   1/2 kg
beans            1/4 kg
onion             2-3 medium size
ginger garlic paste  2tbsp
tomato  3
green chilli  4
coriander seeds crushed   1 tsp
salt to taste
red chilli powder      2tbsp
turmeric powder     1/4 tsp
gram masala    1 tsp

Boil beans by adding salt to taste.
Fry onion in hot oil till golden brown, then add minced meat , chilli garlic paste and cook iat for 10 min.
 Add tomatoes chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry the meat till it leaves oil.
Mix boiled beans and on slow flame leave it for 5 min.
In the end garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies.

This is a special sweet dish for eid celebrations.
vermicelli  1 packet
sugar 1/2  cup
food, colors red and green
cardamom 3-4 seeds
dry fruit for garnishing

Divide the vermicelli in three parts. boil 1 part by adding green color, other part by adding red color and 3rd one without any color. Make sugar syrup (take 1 cup water, mix sugar in it while heating, add cardamom seeds).  In a pan place the vermicelli in three layers. Add sugar syrup and kept on stove at a very low flame for 5 mins. Then sprinkle dry fruits and serve it.

flour 500 gm
yogurt 2tbsp
salt 1/2tsp
sugar 2tsp
oil 2tbsp
yeast a2tsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
water as required milk powder 2tsp

Mix all ingredients and knead with warm water to form soft dough. Cover with damp cloth and leave in a warm place to rise. When the dough doubles in size, punch it down and make ten balls out of it. roll out each ball into eight inch discs, glaze with milk, sprinkle sesame seeds and bake for ten min. in hot oven.


fish          1/2 kg
lemon       1
salt            1 t.s
red chilli     1 t.s
hot spice     1/2 t.s
turmeric      1/4 t.s
ginger garlic paste       1 t.s

Wash the fish with rinse water, then sprinkle some wheat flour on it. Rub it and wash it again. Cut it into pieces with sharp knife. Mix the whole spices and  marinate the fish for 4-5 hours. Then shallow fry it in a frying pan. serve it with a nan.

This is a sweet dish of a summer's  season. in this season fresh dates are available everywhere. so try it.
Date 250 gms
mawa (khoya) 1 cup
condensed milk 1/4 cup
coconut 4 tbs
brown sugar 2 tbsp
vegetable oil (ghee) 1 tbsp
rose water 1 tsp
 rose petals - few
dry fruit (almond, cashew nut, pistachio)  1/4 cup
cardamom 3-4
Heat the ghee in a pan and add cardamon seeds. Then add mawa , brown sugar, coconut and dry fruits and mix it. let this mixture to be cool. Make a cut on the date and remove the seeds, then fill it by mixture. After filling , place the date in a serving dish,  pour condensed milk and garnish with silver foil and rose petals.

Boiled carrot       2 -3
cabbage             1/2 flower
green chilli         2
soya sauce        1t. spoon
salt                    1tbl  spoon
black pepper      1/2 t.spoon
vinegar or lemon juice     1 t.spoon

Mash chicken , potato, and carrot. after cutting cabbage , mix all the ingredients and make kabab. Dip in egg and then shallow fry it. serve with nan.
