It can be cooked in a broiler for 10 min., or in a hot pan &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;by adding 2tbsp olive oil. When chicken is just about done, remove skin and top breasts with a little Gorgonzola cheese and put it back in the broiler to melt. Toss greens with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Distribute greens onto 4 plates. Place chicken breasts on top of greens. I have tried it, it is very delicious.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;boneless chicken breast halves &amp;nbsp;3 Pcs (cut in thin strips)&lt;br /&gt;onion &amp;nbsp;1medium (cut in wedges)&lt;br /&gt;garlic 2cloves&lt;br /&gt;green or red chili peppers &amp;nbsp;4 (seeded and sliced)&lt;br /&gt;1 sweet red bell pepper &amp;nbsp;(seeded and cut in strips)&lt;br /&gt;1 green bell pepper &amp;nbsp;(seeded and cut in strips)&lt;br /&gt;1 zucchini, trimmed, cut in strips&lt;br /&gt;8 flour tortilla, warmed&lt;br /&gt;sour cream 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;1 bunch green onion, trimmed and sliced&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;METHOD&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat the oil in a heavy skillet; cook the chicken strips over high heat stirring constantly for five min. or until cooked. Drain and set aside. Add the onion, garlic and chili peppers to the oil in the pan and saute over high heat for two min. Add the bell peppers and zucchini; cook over high heat for four min. or until the vegetables have begun to have a blackened look around the edges. Return the chicken to the pan and heat until sizzling hot. Mix all marinade ingredients and leave to marinade for at least two hours. Put chicken pieces and fry it till they change color.Add in puree and all dry spices except hot spices and cook it till oil separates. Add hot spices and cream and cook for a while. Lastly, add green chili and ginger julienne. Add salt. Take vessel for steaming with a tight lid. Put all ingredients in a vessel along with prawns, mustard oil and sugar. Mix well. Steam on a low flame for 15 min. It is a state of mind. Psychologically speaking, when a man does something successfully, then &amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp; pleasure he feels&amp;nbsp; is called happiness.&lt;br /&gt;I think, A HAPPY PERSON IS A HEALTHY PERSON. As many kinds of complaints sufficient to make a person fear serious diseases or experience great discomforts like headaches, overpowering fatigue, lower back pain. Emotional factors are also responsible for high blood pressure, migraine, backache, dermatitis, obesity and asthma. These disorders could be avoided or controlled by keeping oneself&amp;nbsp; happy.&lt;br /&gt;Food and happiness has a direct link.&amp;nbsp; By taking happy diet we can relieve depression. Food can give us a lift. No doubt, sugar comfort us, there is much more that we can do with food to help keep us happy. L-tryptophan, is an amino acid found in cottage cheese, fish, meats, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and lentils. Tryptophan is involved in the formation of moods. Chemicals serotonin and melatonin regulate our body clock and help us sleep.&lt;br /&gt;Phenylalanine, found in wheat, oat flakes, cheese, eggs, milk and chocolates is converted into brain chemical called catecholanines, which helps to relieve depression. Carbohydrates rich food such as bread , cereals, root vegetables and pasta, act as ready source of energy for the body. This food also increases our intake of B vitamins. Low levels of B-vitamins have been linked to depression and poor concentration. Herb Ginseng is an adaptogen, helping the body to cope with stress both physical and mental. Eat meat, pulses, fish and dark green leafy vegetables to raise your iron level. Heat the ghee in pan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add cardamoms seeds.&lt;br /&gt;3. Fry suji&amp;nbsp; , dry milk powder in hot ghee till golden color.&lt;br /&gt;4. Quickly add sugar , milk , and water.&lt;br /&gt;5. Stir it to dissolve sugar and then sprinkle almond , coconut.&lt;br /&gt;6.
